This 6 month old, 30 lbs girl is a real charmer! A sweet spirit who wants to play, snuggle, and relax with by your side. Charlotte plays coy at first, but once she gets to know you (within a few minutes), she is a putty in those hands!

Charlotte (or Char as we like to call her) is easily entertained with butter Kong’s, treats and toys. Of course, she prefers being the center of attention and welcomes pats and rubs. She knows how to relax, but can turn it up for play time!
Charlotte is getting antsy waiting for a foster or permanent home! She was transferred from Odessa, Texas to the Pet Adoption Center on September 18, 2020. Upon arrival, medical staff determined that Char was positive with the Distemper virus. She has been undergoing treatment and has greatly improved.
Currently housed in our isolation unit, Char has not been able to frolic in the sunshine or stretch her puppy legs on a walk. You can help her by offering her a permanent or temporary place to “crash” while she completes her treatment. Are you able to help Charlotte out of the shadows and into the sunshine again? MSRPAC will provide all of the necessary tools, medicine and support that Char needs to be fully recovered. Please contact us at to help Char.
