MSRPAC gives thanks to Luna! This adorable 7-year-old created and worked her own lemonade stand on Monday, February 3rd. During the business hours of the stand, Luna made an astounding $20👏👏. Because she "loves pets and wants to help the animals in the USA" (direct quote), she decided to donate her profits to the pets at Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center. Luna has three dogs at home and it it's very clear that she has an amazingly kind and generous heart❤️. From all of the pets and people at Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center, we thank Luna for her compassion and enthusiasm for making a difference and providing second chances to homeless pets. When making her donation, Luna got to take a photo with Macy, who has since been adopted.
The amazing student council from Etiwanda Colony Elementary School held a donation drive for the pets at the Pet Adoption Center. They rallied their peers, teachers, and families to donate much-needed items such as applesauce, green beans, broth, dog treats, wet cat food, and gently used towels and blankets. Their efforts have helped fill our cupboards and enriched the lives of the pets at the Center.
Charles, a 7th-grade student in Riverside, decided to make a difference, one cookie at a time! Charles raised money by baking cookies and selling them to family and friends. As a huge animal lover, he chose Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center as the recipient of his proceeds. Charles has participated in our programs, such as Helping Hounds and Animal Kids Camp.
Harper and Nolan, students from the Riverside County area, held a holiday donation drive as part of a school project. Together, they asked family and friends to donate money or items off our wish list. They also sponsored adoption fees for two lucky pets, Blue and Ricky. Together they made a big impact on the pets during the holidays, and we are thankful for their generosity.
Addison, Zoey, and this compassionate crew made bracelets as a very special fundraiser on behalf of the homeless pets at Mary S. Roberts Pet Adoption Center! Together they created and sold their handmade bracelets, and in total, raised $85 for the dogs and cats in our care. MSRPAC thanks you for your kindness!
